Our Community Partnerships

At WCWI, we believe the work of advancing employee well-being and mental health cannot happen in isolation. By partnering with other mission-driven non-profit organizations across Wisconsin, we amplify impact, expand access to resources, and create stronger connections for the employers and employees we serve.

Collaboration allows us to learn from one another, align efforts, and bring diverse perspectives to the table. Together, we address the interconnected challenges facing Wisconsin’s workforce—such as mental health, caregiving, health equity, and social drivers of well-being.

Why Partnerships Matter

    • Our partnerships are rooted in shared values: compassion, equity, and resilience. When we join forces with other non-profits, we:
    • Broaden the reach of vital programs and trainings
    • Spark innovative solutions to community and workplace challenges
    • Strengthen networks of support for employees and organizations
    • Build a healthier, more resilient Wisconsin
