    Join us for a virtual conversation on Gaining Executive Support for Wellbeing Programs. In this session, we’ll explore common challenges in securing executive buy-in, discuss strategies for aligning leadership with wellbeing initiatives, and share real-world success stories and obstacles. We’ll dive into key questions like: “What are the biggest challenges you face when securing executive support for wellbeing initiatives?” and “What concerns do executives typically have about investing in wellbeing?” This interactive, cameras-on discussion will allow everyone to un-mute and participate, with the chat available for further engagement.

    This exciting initiative invites local businesses to rally their employees, build stronger teams, and prioritize wellness while participating in one of the region’s most celebrated running events.

    The Run Madtown Corporate Challenge presented by the Wellness Council of Wisconsin aims to bring businesses together in a fun and energetic way, offering a platform where employees of all fitness levels can run, jog, walk or even volunteer in any of the three events. Whether they are seasoned runners or first-time participants, employees will have the opportunity to bond with their coworkers, improve their fitness, and engage in a community-wide event that showcases the best of Madison.

    Rules:

    • Each team must have at least one male, female, and someone 35+ (one person can satisfy two of these)
    • Part-time and full-time employees qualify (contracted employees do not qualify)
    • Minimum 3 people per team (per event distance) for scoring
    • Must have at least one office/location in WI
    • Must have 25 participants (athletes and volunteers combined) to be eligible for a space at the post race party
